Please read these terms carefully before booking. They set out the agreement between you and Recreative Solutions when you use our services.

Recreative Solutions (Private) Limited is a travel agency based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, licensed by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority under registration number TA/2024/0284. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Recreative Solutions, and "you" refers to anyone who books a service with us or uses our website.
By browsing our website, requesting a quote, or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.
A booking becomes confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation (email or PDF) after receiving the agreed deposit. Until then, prices, availability, and itinerary details remain provisional.
When you make a booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have their permission to share their details with us and that they accept these terms.
All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or United States Dollars (USD) as stated in your itinerary. Prices include the services listed in your quote and exclude anything marked as optional or "not included."

We accept bank transfers, card payments through our payment gateway, and cash at our Colombo office. Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are your responsibility.
If you cancel your booking, the following charges apply based on the number of days before your travel date:
Some hotels, flights, and experiences have stricter cancellation rules set by the supplier. We will flag these in your itinerary before you confirm. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of written confirmation and are made to the original payment method.
We will try to accommodate changes to confirmed bookings, but we cannot guarantee them. A change may involve additional supplier charges, which we will share with you before going ahead. If we have to change any part of your itinerary due to circumstances outside our control, we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund for the affected portion.
Our visa processing service assists with document preparation, appointments, and submission. The final decision on any visa rests entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate. We cannot guarantee approval, and our service fee covers our work regardless of the outcome.
You are responsible for providing accurate documents on time. Delays or refusals caused by incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent information are not our responsibility.
We strongly recommend that every traveller has comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and personal liability. We can suggest providers, but we do not sell insurance directly. Travelling without insurance is at your own risk.
It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date, that you have the correct visa, and that you meet any health or vaccination requirements for your destination. We are happy to advise but the final responsibility rests with the traveller.
You agree to behave respectfully towards our team, our partners, other travellers, and local communities. We reserve the right to end a tour without refund if a traveller's behaviour puts others at risk, damages property, or breaks local laws.
We act as an intermediary between you and the hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers who deliver parts of your trip. We take reasonable care when selecting partners, but we are not liable for any loss, injury, or delay caused by circumstances outside our direct control, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service.
If something goes wrong during your trip, please tell your guide or call our 24/7 support line immediately so we can fix it on the spot. If an issue remains unresolved, write to us within 30 days of your return at contact@recreative.lk and we will respond within 14 working days.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is owned by Recreative Solutions or used with permission. You may view and share it for personal use but may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written consent.
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising from them or from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you make a booking is the one that applies to that booking. The revised date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
